Only a very small amount should be applied (to allow deodorant to be absorbed completely) for maximum effectiveness. 

This 2 oz. jar lasts for approximately 3 months of daily use.  

To use: Apply a small amount (about the size of a baby pea) to the entire armpit area of clean dry underarms.
